Christine Dawson

During her 20 years of group benefit program experience, Christine Dawson has become one of the most prominent group employee benefit consultants in the Central Illinois Region. Her expertise in the area of “self-funded” group health plans is extensive. Since beginning her career, she has worked with numerous large employers on restructuring their employee benefit programs for maximum performance and to align them with carriers who provide the highest level of services at the best possible rates.

Ms. Dawson entered the benefits business performing various functions at a self-funded third party administration operation. After several years as an Account Manager, she was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the largest TPA in the regional marketplace.

In 2001 Ms. Dawson became a founding partner of SBSi Semonis Insurance Group and serves as Vice President. She manages the employee benefit business unit, which currently provides benefit services for more than 15,000 employees.
