Anna Summers

Anna Summers brings top notch customer service and organizational skills to the client’s she serves. Prior to joining SBSI Semonis, Ms. Summers provided customer service for insurance consumers at a large insurance company. In November of 2004, Ms. Summers expanded her insurance experience as Health Claims Analyst at the home office of a local insurance company. As a claims examiner she handled complex issues for clients regarding eligibility, claims, and policy benefit provisions.

In 2007, Ms. Summers joined SBSI Semonis as a Service Representative. Today she coordinates the initial and renewal quoting process for group health customers, handles implementations and employee meetings, and manages ongoing service for her client groups.

Ms. Summers graduated with honors from Bradley University, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Education with a teacher certification. She is an active member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.
