Amy Whiting, CIC

Amy Whiting has a strong understanding of the “total” business insurance concept. From the beginning of her insurance career, Ms. Whiting has worked with all business lines of coverage including personal, commercial, and health insurance. Her additional experience with accounting and business transactions provides her with a strong understanding of the client’s business environment and the issues that factor into making their insurance buying decisions.

Ms. Whiting is an original partner of SBSi Semonis Insurance Group. She is the representative for several of the group health clients managed by the company. Ms. Whiting works closely with employers and vendors to ensure smooth implementations and prompt customer service.

Ms. Whiting received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Illinois University. She also holds her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She is active in the community as Pekin Area Chamber Marigold Festival Committee member, Pekin Kiwanis Club Board Member, St. Jude Memphis to Peoria Runner and co-coordinator of the Macomb to Peoria Run from 2001 to 2004. Ms. Whiting also serves as a Girl Scout Leader and Annual Breakfast Fundraiser Chair.
